Job Description

VANRATH are thrilled to be assisting a thriving construction company with the recruitment of an Administrators in Carrickfergus to join a fun and friendly team.

The successful candidate will report into the Senior Manager, this is a full-time post Monday - Thursday (9.00am - 5.00pm) (Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm). Permanent position.

Salary

£21,000 - 23,000 + fantastic benefits in a modern workplace & Permanent opportunity

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently provides a range of administrative tasks which support the administration team.
  • Control documents relating to specific large projects when required.

  • Assist in booking accommodation and travel (Hotels, flights, boat bookings).
  • To undertake: Photocopying, Typing, Filing, Laminating, Creating of new files, Data Entry

  • Provide cover for Reception as and when required and carry out full duties whilst covering.

The Ideal Person:

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role.

  • Experience of working in the construction industry would be advantageous.

  • Proficient in MS Office with a good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook.

  • The successful candidate will have good communication and organisational skills
