Client
VANRATH are delighted to be working alongside our client, a well-known Public Sector Organisation based in Belfast to recruit an interim Administrator on an initial 6-month basis with immediate start date.
The Administrator plays a key role in the day-to-day operation of the site. The post holder will act as a key point of contact for all staff and visitors at the site each day.
The Ideal Person

  • 5 GCSE's grade C or above including English Language and Maths or equivalent; and have at least 1 year's clerical experience
  • Effective communication skills given the duties entailed in Reception Cover
  • Be able to demonstrate competence in the Microsoft Office Package to include Word and Excel (given the duties required for invoice processing, records management and email correspondence)


Responsibilities
As Administrator you will:

  • Provide Reception Cover for reception as required - this will be dealing with Visitors to site, Contractors, Staff, and Board Members etc.
  • Monitor the Fire Panel located in the Main Reception Office
  • Manage post (mail & courier) on a daily basis
  • Manage the telephone system - taking incoming calls to main site number and re-directing as required
  • Processing of invoices as and when required
  • Make Tannoy announcements as and when required
  • Provision of administrative support to the Premises Team
