Job Description

Advantageous temporary opportunity for an immediately available candidate to advance their administrative skills within a large and reputable organisation based in Belfast city centre. This role will help you gain and develop valuable skills across Administration and Client Engagement and offers hybrid working arrangements along with a generous remuneration.

Summary

As an Administrative Officer, you will provide a friendly, polite and professional administrative service ensuring, accuracy of information, efficiency and good customer service. You will carry out designated tasks and projects, including drafting documents, data input, and regular communication with colleagues and customers (including face to face and telephone).

Candidate requirements...

  • Five GCSEs (grade C or above) including Mathematics and English or equivalent*
  • One year's relevant experience of clerical/administrative work which must include experience in filing and record systems and the use of modern office equipment.
  • Confident with IT applications including MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
*If you do not posses the required qualifications, you must be able to demonstrate a minimum of two years relevant experience in an office environment.
