We are offer an excellent remuneration package for this position of c£22,510 plus Holiday & Pension
Client
The client is a multi-disciplinary organisation with c650 staff involved in high technology research and development, diagnostic and analytical testing for Government departments, public bodies and commercial companies in Northern Ireland, and further afield.
The Ideal Person
Working closely with the supplier and as part of a small IT team, the Administration Officer will provide administrative support to the project team and to provide data entry services as required. The ideal candidate needs to have the following experience;
- Experience of Data Entry & System Admin
- Proven experience of excel and capable of maintaining user data
- Organised and experience within a general admin position
Responsibilities
The Administration Officer has the following responsibilities:
- Provide data entry services as required to populate the PPM;
- Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and project team;
- Provide data cleansing services on old system prior to data migration;
- Carry out any other duties appropriate to the grade
