VANRATH is delighted to be working with a leading manufacturer who are currently recruiting an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team for an initial period of 12-months. Due to a period of significant growth, this is an opportunity to join an organisation that is going from strength to strength.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the proactive & timely collection of invoices due for payment, through daily contact with Clients, and the prompt response to internal & external Client requests, queries and reporting requirements.

If you've 2+ years' experience of working as an Accounts Receivable Specialist and are available to start immediately:

• Previous experience in a busy finance environment
• Available immediately
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Proactive approach
• Strong teamwork ability

Responsibilities

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Contact customers regarding overdue accounts
• Proactively engage with Clients
• Handle incoming queries from Clients
• Assist with monitoring and managing credit limits and terms
