VANRATH are pleased to be partnered with a local authority who are recruiting an Accounts Payable Associate to join their team on an interim contract. This is an ideal role for an experienced AP associate to become a valued member of their finance team providing support to the Finance Assistant.


The Ideal Person


If you have 2+ years' experience of working as a Finance Administrator and have the following,

  • Accounts Payable experience
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work at high level of accuracy


Responsibilities


As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing invoices
  • Reconcile transactions
  • Liaise with both internal and external auditor queries
  • Assist with month end reporting
