A successful engineering business in Belfast are recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join their team on an initial 3-month contract to assist with a backlog of customer invoicing.

A successful engineering business in Belfast are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join their team for a period of 3 months minimum. This role is to assist during a busy period and will be centred around raising and clearing customer invoices. Candidates with experience of raising customer invoices are essential, experience of Sage accounting system is also desirable.

The Ideal Person

If you've 4+ years' experience working within a similar role:

  • Immediately available
  • Strong Sage experience
  • Sales ledger experience
  • Strong IT skills

Responsibilities

As an Accounts Assistant you will:

  • Raise customer invoices
  • Allocate incoming payments
  • Reconcile customer statements
  • Handle all invoicing queries
  • Assist wider finance team
