VANRATH are working with a local business in Lisburn who are currently recruiting an Accounts Administrator to join their team for an initial period of 6 months. Due to the expansion of their team, this is an opportunity to join a successful business who have been in operation for 50+ years and are highly respected within their industry.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Accounts Administrator will be responsible for ensuring financial transactions are processed in line with agreed timescales. This will include dealing with customer and supplier queries, invoice processing and general accounts administration.
The Ideal Person
If you've 2+ years' experience of working as an Accounts Administrator and are available to start immediately:
- Previous Accounts Administration experience
- Available immediately
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proactive approach
- Strong teamworking ability
Responsibilities
As an Accounts Administration, you will be responsible for:
- Allocating incoming payments
- Compiling bank reconciliations
- Assist in year-end procedures
- Raising sales invoices and credit notes
- General accounts administration
