Job Description

VANRATH are working with a prestigious manufacturing company within the great Bangor area, who are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their fast growing team.

The Role

  • Responsible for Purchase ledger and Sales Ledger dealing with all invoices
  • Maintaining customer record and system
  • Dealing with Customers payments
  • Process bank reconciliations on a daily, weekly and monthly
  • Assist with payroll on a monthly and overseeing weekly
  • Assist with other ad hoc duties

The Ideal Candidate

  • 2 or more years experience within a fast paced finance function
  • Proficient with Microsoft office, in particular Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Handling and processing information and data
