The Ideal Person
If you're graduate level or 3+ years in an IT Automation/Infrastructure Based role and you're looking for an exciting new opportunity with one of the most well renowned global firms:
- Experience of working in a global environment across international locations with an appreciation of multiple cultures is desirable.
- Experience in development and communication of patch delivery and test plans
- Proven track record in providing technical leadership and delivering enterprise-wide solutions
- Experience in patching and remediation of technology services
Responsibilities
As a 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer, you will:
- Ability to create high level quality documentation and follow documentation standards
- Patching and remediation of technology services owned by respective support teams such as: DMS, Enterprise apps, End User Compute
- Define the policies that drive the assessment, testing and application of patches. Work with Information Security to ensure the existing vulnerability management framework is followed
- Carry out basic incident resolution
- Adopt meaningful metrics to assess the effectiveness and efficient of the patch delivery process
