Part Qualified Accountant - County Antrim (excl. Belfast)

My client, a thriving retail company located in co Antrim is currently recruiting a part qualified accountant/office manager. My client continually strives to deliver first class customer service, quality and value for money to facilitate long term customer relationships.

Reporting to the managing director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of the finance function.

The role will involve the following responsibilities:

* Regular Performance analysis of various income streams.
* Preparation of monthly management accounts; job costings and divisional reporting.
* Being involved in the initial set up of a computerised sage system and controls in relation to same.
* Control of various other administrative duties.
* Other month end duties, including VAT returns, CIS & PAYE.

This role will be suited to someone with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role who is happy to work autonomously but has the ability to interact with colleagues throughout the organisation. Experience in the use of Sage is essential for consideration.
