Company Accountant - Urgent - Belfast

My client is currently searching for a company accountant for a large FMCG organisation. Located in North Belfast this opportunity has arisen due to the restructuring and promotion of the current post-holder. Reporting into the Financial Controller the role will include:

The production of weekly, period and annual accounts and reporting of results to Group Finance
Responsibility for ensuring that the necessary financial controls are in place to meet internal and external audit requirements and reporting of results is completed in a timely and accurate manner
Reporting and analysis of cash-flows and working capital KPI's
Responsibility for cash management in line with Group requirements, with timely and appropriate reporting and analysis

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with significant post qualified experience. You will have sound commercial acumen, previous experience of managing teams and an ability to work well in a cross functional environment with senior management. Experience / knowledge of the FMCG sector will be an advantage.
