Our client is a leading software solutions provider based in Belfast. This organisation has grown significantly over the last five years and as such the site in Belfast is a global R & D centre of excellence for them. They have retained their market share through cutting edge and innovative products. They are currently expanding their team and as such are looking for an ambitious and driven junior C# developer.

The successful applicant will be required to write windows applications in C#. They will also be required to port existing applications written in VB6 to C#. Experience of the DotNEt framework in general and C# in particular plus knowledge of SQL are an advantage.

The successful applicant must have 1st class/2:1 degree in a Computing related degree is required. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate talent via academic, personal and/or related projects. Some previous commercial programming experience within C# would be a distinct advantage. They should also have a keen interest in windows programming.
