HR Consultant - Assoc. partner - Belfast

Our client is a leading international consulting organisation with a significant Human Resource advisory business consisting of in the region of 30 consultants at various levels. As a result of internal structural changes there is now an opportunity for a dynamic professional to lead the HR practice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·Provide a range of HR advisory services to a broad range of clients in the public and private sectors;
·Business Development and project delivery;
·Internal practice development;


KEY ATTRIBUTES:

·CIPD qualified with at least 10 year's significant HR advisory experience gained from a leading consulting organisation;
·Results orientated with a track record in building business;
·Strong leadership and management skills with an effective problem solving ability;

In addition to a significant salary package and bonus arrangement, there are clear opportunities for an equity partnership role within the medium term.
