Our client is a leading global organisation with a strong reputation in the market. Employing over 3000 people in over five countries worldwide this is a leading company within the Northern Irish market place. This organisation has an excellent reputation for organisational development and for the right candidate there is limitless promotional opportunities. They are currently recruiting for a Project Accountant in a new role where they will be responsible for managing large scale EMEA process improvement projects.


The specific responsibilities of the role include;
- leading and managing process improvement project throughout the EMEA region
- identification, leading, design and management of process improvement projects which will streamline the business and ensure that it is running as efficienctly as possible
- subsequent evaluation and training of the project to ensure successful completion and an identification of return on investment
- management of the project teams
- communication of and change management of each project throughout the organisation

The successful applicant must be a fully qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with previous project management experience and experience of working on process improvement projects. A strong knowledge of internal controls within a business is also a requirement. They must have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate financial information to non financial people. This must be coupled with the ability to work to tight deadlines and strong team work.
