Our client is a successful manufacturing organisation with a healthy balance sheet and a well established client base. They are looking for a commercially minded Company Accountant to work in their Head Office based in Dungannon. This is an excellent role for a driven and motivated individual to work in an autonomous role within a stable and well known organisation.

Reporting to the Financial Controller the responsibilities of the role include;
- Preparation of monthly management accounts including commentary and preparation of a board pack
- Experience of managing relationships with external bodies including the bank
- Cashflow forecasting
- Preparation of statutory accounts including liaison with the auditors
- Responsibility for management of debtors and creditors
- Bank reconciliations and VAT returns
- Working on any ad hoc financial projects

The successful applicant must be at least Part Qualified CIMA with extensive industry experience and must be able to prepare a full set of monthly management accounts. Experience of dealing with grant applications is desired. Driven and motivated you must have strong people management experience.

There is an opportunity for the incumbent to develop their skills and work in an autonmous role. It would be the ideal next step up for an experienced Accountant to develop strong commercial experience.
